The AIA demonstration and development cinema was built in March 2015.
The highly flexible room-in-room design allows for free access to all speakers, which is essential for the development and testing of new products, aas well as the rapid implementation of various setups.
All speakers run in AVB Ethernet streaming mode. All AIA monitors and subwoofers in the system play the audio data at the same time with a fabulous precision of 0.000000003 S. No other cinema system achieves this level of time synchronization. The accompanying perfect timing is immediately noticeable and the basis of the breathtakingly realistic cinema experience and equally crucial for the cinematic supreme discipline, the playback of music.
As early as 2015, the magazine Lowbeats assessed the AIA demo and development cinema as follows:
„And it sounded so dreadfully realistic, dull, bone-dry, shaking to the core, as I would have never thought it could be possible in a reproduction. The fireworks that Ascendo AIA is lightening here is really terrific." and in 2016 the magazine Heimkino stated: "This definitely is the reference for immersive cinema systems“.
